Meals4Us

Dinner, planned. Groceries, done.

Meals4Us builds your family's week around what you actually eat — the foods everyone loves, the ones nobody will touch, any allergies — and turns it straight into a grocery list, sorted by where you shop. Not a diet plan. Not a recipe blog to scroll through. Just dinner, figured out, every week.

How it actually learns

The family profile you fill in when you start is the foundation — but three things keep shaping your plan every week after that:

Love It / It's OK / Remove It. This is the real learning — every tap changes that meal's ranking for good. Love It counts more than It's OK, and Remove It means it's never suggested again. Nothing decays or resets; a meal you keep loving keeps climbing.
Your no-repeat window. Nothing comes back within however many weeks you've set on your Family page (2 to 6) — and "Beyond" can hold any one meal out even longer, any time you ask.
Built-in variety. No same protein two nights running, no one cuisine taking over the week, and dish types like tacos or bowls get spaced out — automatically, on top of whatever your feedback has taught it.

Likes, dislikes, and allergies get re-checked fresh every week too — that part's a fixed rule, not something that adapts on its own. The more you tap Love It / It's OK as you go, the more it actually learns.

Who it's for

Whoever in your house keeps answering "what's for dinner" — juggling picky eaters, a budget, an allergy or two, and a grocery list that actually has to match what's cooking. Meals4Us keeps track of all of it, so you don't have to hold it in your head. Change anything that's not a fit — it's your plan, we're just doing the remembering.
